What is NerjaPlus? NerjaPlus is a collection of exclusive apartments and villas in Nerja, designed to offer a superior accommodation experience. All of our properties are our own, which allows us to personally oversee every detail and guarantee consistent quality standards in all of our homes. Our goal is for you to enjoy a comfortable, relaxed, and memorable stay, where design, comfort, and attention to detail make the difference.
What sets NerjaPlus apart from other holiday accommodations? Most companies manage properties from different owners, each with varying levels of quality and maintenance. At NerjaPlus we only manage our own properties, designed, equipped, and maintained directly by our team. This allows us to continuously invest in their improvement and guarantee a consistent experience across all our properties. Each home offers something unique, but they all share the same philosophy: quality, comfort, and care for the small details.
Where are NerjaPlus properties located? All our properties are located in Nerja (Málaga), one of the most attractive destinations on the Costa del Sol. Each collection is situated in carefully selected locations, close to beaches, restaurants, shops, and the main points of interest.
How does check-in work? Access is completely autonomous via electronic locks. Before arrival, it is necessary to complete the mandatory online check-in, in accordance with current regulations. Once completed, you will automatically receive the access codes and instructions to access the complex, the parking, and your accommodation. You will not have to collect keys or coordinate a specific arrival time.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in: from 4:00 PM Check-out: before 10:00 AM Whenever availability permits, we offer early check-in and late check-out upon request.
Are the pools private? Each property clearly indicates its features. Almost all of our homes have a private pool for exclusive use, while others may feature different facilities. Always check the description of each accommodation.
Are the terraces private? Yes. All terraces and outdoor spaces belong exclusively to each accommodation, allowing you to enjoy total privacy throughout your stay.
Do I have a parking space? Yes. All of our properties include a private parking space. You will find all the information in the Guest Portal before your arrival.
What will I find in the Guest Portal? Our Guest Portal gathers all the necessary information to enjoy a worry-free stay. You will find: Access instructions, Entry codes, Parking information, House manual, Digital guide to Nerja, Recommended restaurants, Beaches, Routes, Activities, and Local tips. All prepared from the knowledge of having lived in Nerja our whole lives.
Do you offer assistance during the stay? Yes. Although access is completely autonomous, our team will be available before, during, and after your stay to help you with any queries, incidents, or recommendations. We want you to enjoy a comfortable and worry-free holiday.
Are changes of sheets and towels included? For stays longer than 7 nights, we include a change of bed linen and towels, and a basic cleaning. Stays longer than 14 nights include 2 changes of linen and towels, in addition to basic cleaning. You can also request additional changes during your stay at an extra cost.
Do you have cribs and high chairs? Yes. We have free cribs and high chairs for babies upon prior request and subject to availability.
Are pets allowed? Currently we do not allow pets.
Is smoking allowed? Smoking is not permitted inside the properties. If you wish to do so, please only use the outdoor areas, always respecting the property and the neighbors.
Are parties or events allowed? No. Our properties are designed to enjoy a quiet and relaxed holiday. Out of respect for other guests and neighbors, parties, events, or activities that disturb the peace are not allowed.
What is the cancellation policy? Most of our rates allow free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, although conditions may vary depending on the rate selected during booking.
